The house on Île de Sieck welcomes up to 10 guests in a warm, simple and elegant atmosphere. Its five bedrooms, living spaces open to the outdoors, terrace, garden and sauna make it a place designed to gather, slow down and fully enjoy the landscape.
Here, the stay begins even before arrival. At low tide, access is on foot or by car from Santec. Then, when the sea rises, the island returns to its natural isolation. This particular rhythm is part of the experience: it invites you to settle in, take your time and savour the moment.
To make your stay easier
Access to the island depends on the tide times. Before your arrival, François-Xavier will send you the meeting time in Santec, as well as the information needed to reach the house with complete peace of mind. He will also provide the useful tide times to help organise your movements during the stay.
On site, he will hand over the keys, show you around the house and remain your point of contact for any practical question.
A security deposit of €500 is required for the stay. It is refunded after departure, minus any costs relating to damage, where applicable.
